Air Show

The three of us went to the Air Show at the Air Force Base on Saturday. Oh my gosh, Hayden was in heaven! He had the Best time! We didn't have to wait in the long traffic lines or in the very long lines to get in thanks to Scott's VIP status! :) He had some buddies hook us up and we REALLY appreciated that! Hayden had a ball going in all of the airplanes. We ate our fair share of junk food and then we watched the Thunderbirds fly. WOW! What a show! Hayden is still talking about it!

Happy Birthday Mom!

Okay so my Mother's birthday was April 18th and I'm a little late posting this but better late than never right? :) We all enjoyed the celebration at Logan's Steakhouse and the cake at home was soooooo delicious! Happy Birthday MOM!! We love you so much! Thank you for everything you do for us! We don't know what we would do without you!

Opening Night!

Tonight was the opening night for the Charleston RiverDogs Baseball Team! The Property Management Company that I work for is the official home of the RiverDogs. I have about half the team living at my Property. All of the employees of the six properties here in Charleston and our families got free tickets right behind 1st Base. We also had a big tent set up over the picnic area with free hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and drinks! Scott had to work so Hayden and I went. I forgot my camera but we had a ball! :) There were several other kids there for Hayden to play with. It got a little chilly though toward the end of the night. We had a great time! GO RIVERDOGS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Easter!!!!!

This was the Best year ever for Hayden! He was so excited about the Easter Bunny coming. He woke up early and ran down stairs to find his easter basket and all of the easter eggs that the Easter Bunny hid inside and outside especially for him. He had a blast racing around, filling up his bucket!

Happy Birthday Scott!!!

Scott's 36th Birthday was March 16th. This was the day we returned from our cruise. My mom and Hayden baked Scott's favorite cake and had it ready and decorated when we got home. We ate dinner and had cake and ice cream. He really celebrated his birthday all week long on the ship! :)

Our Cruise

Scott and I went on a 7 day cruise to Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Belize, and Honduras. We had the absolute best time!!!! It was wonderful and so relaxing! Some of the things we did were visiting the Turtle Farm, Rum Cake Factory, and took a small boat to a sandbar and snorkeled with the stingrays in Grand Cayman. We went to Senor Frogs for lunch, shopping downtown, and had a margarita (strongest one I've ever had) all in Cozumel. We took a jungle buggy through the Rainforrest and cave exploration in Belize along with a city tour. We went swimming with the dolphins and had a beach break in Honduras along with a city tour. Honduras was absolutely gorgeous! We also spent two days at sea. I lounged around the pool both of those days, sipping on cocktails and listening to live raggae music. We went to every show each night and also went to a couple of late night adult comedy shows. We also played bingo a few times and played slots in the casino. We were not so lucky with the bingo games but Scott won over a thousand dollars on a slot machine. (That paid for all the drinks we had)! :) There was also a lot of resting and walking around the ship. They had a robe deck party one evening with a midnight mexican buffet. We were not feeling so hot that night! We took tons of professional pics that they offer around the ship each evening and went to a dance club a couple of times. Needless to say, I needed a vacation from my vacation by the time we got home. Hayden stayed with Grandma for the week and had so much fun! It was very hard for her to go back to Columbia and Hayden kept calling me "Grandma" for a few days. :)

The Aquarium

We Finally took Hayden to the Aquarium. He loved it and had so much fun! His favorite were the turtles of course. He told me that he saw Crush (from Nemo) there! :) We got a few good pics of the new bridge too as we were watching the dolphins swim by.

Hayden's very green bathroom!

Hayden decided he wanted a green "turtle" bathroom. He even went to Lowe's with us to help pick out the color. All we can say is WOW! It's like a neon green...but he loves it! I don't have a picture of the finished product. You have to see it to believe it. :) But I do have a picture of Hayden helping!

Feeding The Ducks

Our Pond in the backyard has only had 4 ducks in it the whole time we've lived here. One morning we woke up to many, many, more! There were so many, Hayden couldn't get the bread out fast enough! They've come around a couple other times since then. Good thing they are not there all the time...we would be broke buying enough bread to feed them all of the time! :)
